		<description>I tried this by exporting a RAW image from lightroom. But most of the filter buttons where grayed out. When I exported the image first to JPEG and then tried it, it worked well. Can you tell me why?</description>

		<description>Actually they are different. The ones people make in photoshop usually come out really distorted in the middle and on the edges. If you take an entire 360x180 pano and then stitch and project it as stereographic (not polar) then that problem is solved.
