Edward Horsford must have a very wet studio floor. The London based photographer has perfected the technique for photographing water balloons at high speed. Here, we bring you some of his coolest water balloon photos yet!
Edward claims to love a challenge in photography. He began the series as a way to challenge himself creatively and technically. Photographing in the dark, Edward uses a flashlight to focus the camera, and then his own custom made trigger to pop the balloons, fire the strobe flashes and capture the photo at precisely the right moment.
You can see more of Edward’s work on his website. Otherwise, enjoy the collection!
